Brad Thomas
Brad Thomas started his career working for a large bank in the UK. During his time with the organization, Brad's job was to deal with private and corporate clients in need of exchanging currency, whether it be to buy
a house or vehicle overseas or to help manufacturers receiving payments in another currency.
After a few years Brad became fed up with the bank's poor customer service and value to clients and decided to move to a small brokerage that offered the same product but hopefully with
a better customer service. However, the situation did not change much and Brad found himself being still part of an environment where downright devious treatment of customers was the norm. It was at this stage that Brad decided to leave the organisation and put together a guide aimed to help people in need of exchanging currency.
